How do I buy?

Launching the order

Choose your favorite house number model, select the desired size (10x20 or 10x30) and enter the street number or name in the box. Add to the basket and you can complete the order. You do not need an account to send the order to us.

Since it is a customized process that also involves firing all the ceramic tiles in the oven, the order processing time is between three days and a week.

Delivery

We deliver throughout the country by courier or by Romanian Post.

For customers from Galati, we can also offer to pick up the order from our office or deliver it ourselves.

Delivery rates:

• 25 lei by courier throughout the country
• 14 lei through the Romanian Post

RETURN POLICY

Although our products are customized according to the customer's wishes, we offer the possibility to return the product within 30 days from the date of invoicing (same as the date of shipment). The transport costs related to the return are the responsibility of the customer.
